Please analyse this chart and clarify me about my work situation:
I am facing problems at my work place. I am trying to change section within the institute, but not yet successful. I am also trying to change the job and looking for fellowships abroad. Whether job change is advisable and successful? or are there any indications of going abroad in coming 1 or 2 years? If yes, then when?
How long this job difficulties will continue?

DOB: August 23, 1972 TOB: 23Hrs 20Min Place: N 13deg 39min; E 79deg 45min in INDIA
