Look forward to receiving your views. All kinds of input be it western or vedic etc is most welcome.

In my friends horoscope he has rahu + uranus + mars + mercury in 7th house.
(rahu is known as dragons head)
He is born in Singapore on 2nd November, 1976 at 02:53 am.

i read that uranus , rahu, mars are all very bad for 7th house and marriage and cause seperation/ fights/ violence etc. what is the possible outcome of all these planets combination in one house?

also he has venus in 8th house which indicates possible illicit/dark relationships (?)
but then i read that rahu cancles the effect of mars. (?) (i dont know if this is true or false)

generally i think that his chart is good for money but really really bad for relationships in general and very bad for marriage.

it would be nice to know what is everyone's views and what is his horoscope/ yogas/ doshas.

uranus has no significance in vedic
though rahu in 7th is bad

Your friend born in Mesh lagna ketu in it. A personality who always worried about small thing. When he appears any where, initially there is problem.
The 7th house is occupied by mars, rahu, uranus and mercury. He used to meet with somany foreigner or out of cast people and very aggressive to mix with new people. The venus is in the 8th house , means his financial prospect greatly depend on with his people of contact. There may be marrital conflict as mars with uranus and rahu aspect on ascendant from 7th. Because from lagna ketu is first and rahu in later. In earlier life he will face trouble and later he will be a gainer in every sense as moon in the 11th denotes he has a very clever mind to keep himself gainer out of any event.

hey retailstar ~ did you actually draw up the vedic chart w/ the data provided by curious and get the planets in the 7h? b/c when I drew up the chart, I wasn't getting those planets in the 7h.[/quote]

Iwrote on the basis of position of planets decribed by you, not by the sign in western or vedic system casting.If rahu , uranus mars, mercury in the7th house then which eve the ascendant it will occupy by Ketu.
My analysis is planet position based, not system based or sign based.
If I wrong , your supplied data is incorrect.

I don't really understand what you mean but what I was saying is that when you draw up the vedic (lagna) chart using the birth data: nov 2, 1976 @ 2:53am Singapore -- the [b]only [/b]planet in the 7h is the moon.[/quote]

Hi Cynthia,
I thought you gave the details of planets in vedic horoscope as this part of this forum is deaing with vedic astro logy.
As per my experience of last 30 years with western and Indain astrology, A western horoscope should be judge best with the position or degree of planets and sign of the planets, hods good , but it did not work worth when you apply western horoscope in matter relating to house judgement.
I respect western astrology and astrologers because they are very practical and to the point to anlyse the planetary configuration of the character and trend of a person.Their explanations about all the planets are great and acceptable by modern educated people.
But concerning house judgement and transit ther is confusion about western astrology.
Where as in Indian astrology or whether in Vedic astrology horoscope the house judgment and transits results are much acceptable thean western syste.This is due to Navamsa and dasa system speciality of Indian astrology.
When I explain a horoscope I used to explain the character, trend, talent according to western explanations because,its based on sun sign system, but concerning transit effects, upcoming opportunity and current phase of planets in a horsocpe I personally found Indian astrology is more elaborate and acceptable as applied astrology.
Please contace me with Indian horsocope of the conrening person with data from lahiris ephemeris. I shall have a look....thanks retailstar
